Vision, Commitment and Action (VCA) Model Training of Trainers was a residential three days activity organized The Movement for Community Led Development (MCLD) with an international of equipping members with skills on how to use the VCA tool kit as master trainers.
As a member organization of MCLD and a community led organization we believe that the use of the VCA methodology is a turning point to the growth and development of communities positively.
